Using Day.new

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account and for reviewing actions an AI assistant proposes or completes for you.

Wellness information, not medical advice

Calories, macros, food identification, and other nutrition values may be estimates. Day.new is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance. Do not rely on Day.new for clinical decisions or use it to store protected health information. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice.

AI assistant actions

AI assistants can misunderstand a request or produce inaccurate meal estimates. Check the meal, date, portions, and nutrition values before relying on a saved record. Day.new requires authorization for connector access, but you control which assistant accounts and conversations you use.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Day.new permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to upload any content you provide.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, violate another person's rights, or use the connector to evade the safety or access controls of Day.new or an AI provider.

Day Pro, trials, and billing

Day Pro costs US$20 per month. Eligible accounts can start one 30-day free trial by completing Stripe Checkout with a payment method. Nothing is charged when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription automatically renews at US$20 per month until canceled. Your trial end and renewal dates appear in Settings → Plan & billing.

The trial includes 70 coach replies, including up to 5 with the advanced model. Each paid billing month includes 300 coach replies, including up to 30 with the advanced model. Advanced replies are part of the total, not additional replies. Unused replies do not carry over. Scheduled check-ins and STOP/START commands do not consume this allowance. Reaching a limit does not create an automatic additional charge.

You can update your payment method or cancel through Plan & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the displayed trial or paid period ends. Failed payments may pause Pro access until resolved. Your saved food log remains available without Pro. Texting STOP or disconnecting your phone pauses messaging but does not cancel the subscription. Contact support for billing questions or refund requests.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect the service or other users. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Day.new is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Day.new is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using Day.new and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, or legal requirement. Data handling after termination follows our privacy policy.
